Beautiful house, peaceful with stunning views over the duck pond. The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped. We had a fabulous time. Comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend

Our group of ladies returned to this fantastic property again this year. Again it didn't disappoint, we had a brilliant weekend as there is everything we needed to relax & have fun, with great location for a day out. Roll on next year!!

Wonderful holiday home - home from home in a beautiful location. Everything you need for cooking, relaxing, and rejuvenating. I have never been to another holiday home that is so beautiful and well stocked. It's 'a must' if you want to stay in the heart of West Norfolk.

We so enjoyed our first visit to Grassmere (a convenient quick stay to visit some friends) that we were back there within a few months for a longer ten day stay. We couldn’t resist returning to see the glorious view from the front windows of the house of the village pond with its reeds and ducks, the carefully-thought-through comfort of the spacious open plan kitchen/living space, and the luxurious spa pool, delightfully warming on our February visit and on our sunnier recent stay, a refreshing dip in between spells of sunbathing in the completely private, not over-looked-at-all garden. Most of our visit we were just two (for which there is a slight discount) but for part of the time family joined us, loving especially the public children’s playground next door which was otherwise hardly used. The two of us enjoyed the spaciousness of the house but even with a larger number staying, there was plenty of room for all to spread themselves and catering was very straight forward in the excellently equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were all delightfully furnished and with two bathrooms upstairs and the en suite downstairs, no queuing for a shower! I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Grassmere except that I don’t want too many people to get to know about how wonderful it is in case they are there when we want to be!

Based in a quaint, secluded village, the property is beautifully decorated and furnished down to the smallest details. With the fantastic spa facilities also, what more could you want for a break away.
